The weekend saw our sporting teams have success in the opening week of competition.  Boys soccer extended its undefeated streak to two games, and our football team won big over East Catholic!  This week we are excited to implement our new point of sale system for purchase of cafeteria lunches.  The senior class had a meeting this morning about class dues, senior writing portfolio and fundraising at the football and soccer games.  The football game concession was an amazing success, but needs help to operate smoothly - the senior advisors are asking for help from senior students and parents.  Guidance will be meeting with freshmen this week to set goals for the year and beyond.  
As part of Spirit week, The Seniors won color wars, and netted some nice $$$ for their class.  We had a pep rally Thurday of last week with DJ Montez.
Finally, our Parent Back to School Night is Thursday.  Pick up your child's schedule in the office that night - if your son or daughter didn't write it down for you (they are supposed to fill them out and bring them home to give a parent )
