If you are....

1. a resident of Berlin or New Britain, who is
2. a graduate of a secondary school, who has
3. been accepted for admissions to, or matriculated at, an accredited college or university of good standing and who is,
4. planning to pursue a study program concentrating in the fields of mathematics, engineering or the natural sciences, such as physics, chemistry, and/or biology
