Fall 2009 Driver's Education Program

Eligibility:                      All students 16 years of age and older

Course Dates:            TBQ  for  the classroom portion.  Road lessons will begin immediately if the student already has a permit.  Learner's Permits can only be procured at DMV.  Those students in need of obtaining a Learner's Permit will be tutored in a separate 2-hour class with the date and time to be determined by the size of the group.  This will allow for a greater comfort level with the law test.  The Learner's Permit Law tests are administered by DMV on a walk-in basis.

                                     The new Driver Education regulation mandates a 2-hour class to be attended by both the student and at least one parent.  TBA

Place:                            Lecture Room West

Cost:                             $425.00 for 30 hours of classroom and 8 hours of road instruction.

                                       Check should be made payable to BerlinHigh School and submitted at the time of registration.

Note:                           Full Driver Ed. Test will be scheduled at BerlinHigh School on the

                                     first available date after the 120 day (4 month) practice period (120 days from Learner's Permit Issuance).
